The painting on the right: On the Terrace by Renoir, and he is an impressionist painter.

The painting of the two girls is On the Terrace by Renoir, an impressionist painter. The other is called Speed by Turner who was of the late romantic/early impressionist period.

The painting on the right is known as "On the Terrace" by Renoir and is considered a Impressionistic piece. The painting on the left is named "Speed" by Turner and is described bridge between two styles, a Late Romantic-Early Impressionistic artwork.
